HR Technology Vendor Evaluation for Software Solutions Expert

The livingHR team engaged a software solutions organization to conduct a thorough HR technology request for proposal and evaluation. To accomplish this, livingHR conducted a discovery process to understand the current HR system and limitations, conducted a user experience survey and met with the HR team to understand the requirements needed in the new system.

Key challenges included:

• Dissatisfaction with their current HCM solution and manual processes
