Our client is a software solutions expert. They partnered with livingHR to help identify the best human capital management software solution to support their growing team in the US and internationally.

## Challenges

The livingHR team engaged a software solutions organization to conduct a thorough HR technology request for proposal and evaluation. To accomplish this, livingHR conducted a discovery process to understand the current HR system and limitations, conducted a user experience survey and met with the HR team to understand the requirements needed in the new system.

Key challenges included:

- Dissatisfaction with their current HCM solution and manual processes
- With a complex structure and team members based internationally, identified a need for a more sophisticated system to support customization and reduce manual processes
- Ineffective customer service and efficient processes ultimately influenced the interest in exploring more comprehensive and effective solutions on the market
- With limited resources and individuals on the People & Culture team, there was a need for lift and expertise from an outside consultant to manage their HR tech evaluation
